Plans
Free
$0 forever. Full catalog for small teams. Up to 5 people and 5 connected apps, self-service Connect, and every supported AI assistant.
Pro
$15 per person per month. Everything in Free without the caps. Unlimited people and apps, still one-step Connect for verified apps.
Enterprise
$30 per person per month. Everything in Pro, plus workspace controls for people, teams, clients, and guardrails; approval workflows; SSO; SCIM; audit streaming; a DPA on request; and annual invoicing. Still self-serve with a card.
How apps work on each plan
On Free and Pro, verified catalog apps are open: choose Connect, and Passport either finishes the connection or asks an admin when a shared company credential is required. Free’s five-app limit counts connected apps, not everything you can browse. Pausing an app does not free a slot. On Enterprise, admins can keep the catalog open, require review, or set rules by app, category, and team. Access usually starts read-only, and an app is not marked ready until required company setup is done. On every plan, workspace admins can finish technical setup (company API keys, OAuth clients, custom URLs, removing apps). Built-in secret scanning and personal Safety preferences also stay on every plan. Enterprise adds custom guardrails, team and client rules, and company-wide audit export. Passport CLI is included on every plan and uses the same rules and Activity log as other connections. How seats are counted
Anyone who can sign in counts as a person (admin or member).- Pro and Enterprise: automation identities (agents) are not billed seats.
- Free: agents do use one of the five member slots.
At the Free limit
Free includes 5 people and 5 connected apps. Agents count toward those five people. You can still browse the whole catalog. Adding a sixth person or agent, or connecting a sixth app, is blocked until you upgrade to Pro. Nothing is deleted, and everyone already on the workspace keeps working.Upgrade, change, or cancel
1
Upgrade
Open Settings, find the Billing card (Free/Pro owners see Plan & billing), and upgrade. Stripe Checkout asks for a card.
2
Change plan
Plan changes on an existing subscription go through the Stripe customer portal. Passport edits your one subscription in place and prorates — it never opens a second checkout, so you are not double-billed.
3
Cancel
Cancel anytime from the Billing / Plan & billing card in Settings, via the Stripe portal. You keep the paid plan until the period ends, then move to Free. Your data stays until you delete the workspace.
On a self-hosted deployment with no Stripe key, billing is off and every workspace is unlocked. See Self-host.
