1. Connect an app
Open Apps, then Browse apps.- Pick an app you already use.
- Choose Connect.
- Complete your own provider sign-in, or finish any company setup Passport asks for.
2. Add your AI client
Open Clients, choose Add client, and follow the instructions Passport shows. The normal path uses the AI client’s own remote MCP support and browser sign-in; no Passport desktop app is required. Ask the client to list its Passport tools, then return to Clients and choose Run setup check. Passport opens Activity when the safe check succeeds. Do this before inviting the team. It proves the full connection and gives you a known-good example.3. Invite people
- Free and Pro: open Settings → Workspace essentials → Manage workspace.
- Enterprise: open People.
4. Choose the right level of control
You can start simple:- Personal Safety preferences are available on every plan.
- Built-in secret detection protects every plan.
- Enterprise adds company-wide app rollout, approvals, client policy, Discover, Runtime Security, custom guardrails, and audit export.
Everyone can see their own Activity. Enterprise admins can review and export company-wide Activity from Audit, and can review privileged admin changes under Settings → Admin activity.
